cableswig software package provides Generate wrappers for Python and Tcl from C++ code, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cableswig
cableswig is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cableswig package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cableswig *
You will get with cableswig package name, version, architecture and description in a table
